Analisis Pengaruh Pertemuan Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (P2K2) terhadap Graduasi Sejahtera Mandiri (GSM) di Jawa Timur

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of P2K2 outcomes and companion
innovation on the Independent Prosperous Graduation (GSM) of Beneficiary Families (KPM) of the
Family Hope Program (PKH) in East Java. The research was conducted in 19 regencies/cities in East
Java. The study population was divided into three clusters of respondents, namely: KPM who were
targeted by the P2K2 program, KPM Facilitators, Health Facility Service Providers, Fasdik Service
Providers and District Facilitator Coordinators. The research sample was 170 people. The analysis
technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with the help of SPSS software. The
results of this study indicate that the P2K2 outcome variable has a significant influence on the
Independent Prosperous Graduation (GSM) of Beneficiary Families (KPM) of the Family Hope
Program (PKH) in East Java. The P2K2 companion innovation variable has a significant influence on
the Independent Prosperous Graduation (GSM) of Beneficiary Families (KPM) of the Family Hope
Program (PKH) in East Java.

Digitalisasi Sumber Belajar Widyaiswara Berbasis Media Penyimpanan Dropbox

Storage media is one of the important variables for the success of the competency
development process in supporting the success of training in the digital transformation era, in this
case BPSDM East Java Province as the leading sector for ASN competency development adapting to
existing conditions. Making applications to support competency development that takes a long time
makes Dropbox storage media one of the solutions in supporting competency development programs.
The blended learning method that has been used so far in competency development programs will run
optimally if the use of Dropbox is also socialized so that the transfer of knowledge process runs
properly. This scientific paper will explain the role of Dropbox storage media as a supporting medium
for competency development programs. By using the literature study method and the content analysis
method, it will be explained how important the role of storage media is in competency development
programs. Finally, from this paper a new point of view will be obtained for Widyaiswara and
Educational Institutions that a simple storage media application such as Dropbox can optimize
competency development programs for ASN

Integrasi Data Alumni Pelatihan Berbasis Geospasial Menggunakan Google Earth

Training alumni data is an important component in post-training evaluation and
monitoring of the implementation of actualization carried out by training participants. The
organization of alumni data is currently still being carried out partially and in comparison. By
integrating training alumni data into the repository system via Google Form and Google Drive, it will
facilitate the alumni data monitoring system and ensure that the training alumni data is stored
properly, fulfilling the correct data collection rules so that it can be processed into useful information
for its users. The attribute data of alumni training participants becomes information that can be felt
when it is integrated into spatial data. By using the simple Google Earth geospatial application,
training alumni data can be displayed in a GeoSpatial data format so as to provide a spatial context
and an overview of the environment, landscapes, infrastructure and a general social picture of the
community where the actualization is carried out by the participants. The use of integrated alumni
data allows for a better and comprehensive evaluation process as well as monitoring of training
alumni, so that in turn it can improve the quality of training and implementation as a whole

Strategi Rehabilitasi Ekosistem Padang Lamun sebagai Implementasi Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs)

The seagrass ecosystem is one of the constituent components of the coastal ecosystem
which plays a very important role both ecologically and economically. In line with the 14th
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely preserving and utilizing marine resources in a
sustainable manner - the target for achieving the SDGs in protecting marine ecosystems is to manage
and protect coastal ecosystems, including the seagrass ecosystems within them. The research method
was carried out by collecting secondary data from various sources of literature studies, journals,
books, and government publications. The research used a descriptive analysis method in order to
obtain a more in-depth description of the object of study. LIPI's research results report that the
condition of seagrass beds in the western part of Indonesia in 2020 is classified as bad with a
damaged/poor status, the total percentage of seagrass cover is only less than 29.9% as a result of high
human activities that are destructive to seagrass ecosystems. A macro policy is needed as a basic
reference for rules for managing seagrass ecosystems based on community empowerment and
institutional capacity in an effort to rehabilitate seagrass ecosystems in an area

Efek Moderasi Loyalitas pada Hubungan antara Disiplin Kerja dan Insentif terhadap Kinerja

Performance is an important aspect that is always a concern of organizational
management. In service organizations such as hospitals, employee performance will impact on
customer satisfaction. This research wants to know the effect of work discipline, incentives, and
loyalty on performance which is motivated by the decline in employee performance due to low work
discipline and the lack of incentives given to employees. This research was conducted at a private
hospital in Magetan Regency, East Java by taking a sample of 60 respondents. This type of research is
quantitative by using hypothesis analysis through t test and MRA. The results of the study show that
work discipline and incentives have a positive effect on performance, while loyalty does not moderate
the relationship between work discipline and incentives
