Efek Moderasi Loyalitas pada Hubungan antara Disiplin Kerja dan Insentif terhadap Kinerja

Abstract

Performance is an important aspect that is always a concern of organizational
management. In service organizations such as hospitals, employee performance will impact on
customer satisfaction. This research wants to know the effect of work discipline, incentives, and
loyalty on performance which is motivated by the decline in employee performance due to low work
discipline and the lack of incentives given to employees. This research was conducted at a private
hospital in Magetan Regency, East Java by taking a sample of 60 respondents. This type of research is
quantitative by using hypothesis analysis through t test and MRA. The results of the study show that
work discipline and incentives have a positive effect on performance, while loyalty does not moderate
the relationship between work discipline and incentives
